This week has largely been a continuation of last. I’ve been spending my days preparing and teaching English lessons. This is the last week before the children have to return back to school, so I’ve really been prioritizing practical information. For example, they learned the words for a bunch of different feelings and now able to answer the question “How are you?”
I guess you could say this week has also featured an animal motif. I was able to visit Mae Nuch’s farm and pet some water buffalo. A fun fact I learned is that they used dried rice straw as hay to feed the cows and buffalo. On another note, I also located the hiding spot for two kittens. It was quite the joyous morning getting to handle two small balls of fluff.
Nothing too noteworthy has happened so far, but the week is still young, so be sure to look out for the weekly report.
